The customer service staff are terrible, have ordered me nothing in compensation, won’t even give me a time frame, just keep repeating themselves asking me to be patient. It’s been 9 weeks since I requested the refund and still nothing. The flight was cancelled due to Covid, all my friends got their refunds back within 2 weeks of the cancellation date. Both my partner and I are uninstalling this app as we cannot trust it again for our trips… who is going to give us back the additional time and money we have spend on looking ourselves for a second option to avoid loosing more money?ĭo not buy through this app!!! Worst idea ever! We received the confirmation of our room in a nice -on budget- hotel (Manchester south hotel).
